High Court judgement re Wimbledon Park
There was disappointment for Save Wimbledon Park Ltd (SWP) and its supporters as the High Court ruled on 19 March 19th 2026, following a 6-day hearing in January, that the golf course land in Wimbledon Park is not subject to a statutory public recreation trust (under the Public Health Act 1875).

Our 2025 AGM was held at Hotel du Vin on 10th June 2025. Paul Kohler MP spoke.
This year’s AGM was held at Hotel du Vin on Tuesday 10th June 2025.
Paul Kohler. Wimbledon’s MP, joined us together with Ursula Faulkner, who works in his office in Westminster. Paul and Ursula gave an update on various local issues and Paul described some of his experiences as a newly elected MP.
